The Medication Details window displays detailed information about the record you are viewing. Information is displayed on 2 tabs: The Detail tab and the Record Info tab.

|Strength||The concentration amount of the medication and the unit of measure|
|Form||The composition or structure of the medication|
|Dose||The quantity prescribed to be taken at one time|
|Frequency||The number of times the medication is prescribed to be taken|
|Instructions||The procedure followed when taking the medication|
|Quantity||The amount of medication prescribed|
|Refills||The number of times the prescription can be filled|
|Date started||The date medication usage began|
|Date stopped||The date medication usage stopped|
|Prescribed by||The care provider who prescribed the medication|

The Record Info tab displays detailed information about the record you are viewing. While the Detail tab displays a summary of all the information the record contains, the Record Info tab displays information about the record itself, including the source from where the record was retrieved and the system where the record was originally created.
The Record Info tab also includes a table that displays a history of the record, including information about when the record was created and when it was last modified, if applicable. This information includes the application the record was created in, the user who created the record, and the date and time the creation or modification took place.
Use Medication Details to copy a medication from your patient record to your personal health record, or to add a new medication to a personal health record.
The medication is copied from to your personal health record.
Medication Details refreshes with blank fields.
Medication Details closes and the medication is added to the personal health record.
You can update information about a medication stored in a personal health record directly on Medication Details.
If a medication stored in a personal health record is no longer being used, you can use Sunrise Patient Portal™ to designate the medication as discontinued.
The medication is designated a status of discontinued.
You can use Sunrise Patient Portal™ to delete medications from a personal health record.
A confirmation message is displayed.
The medication is deleted from the personal health record.
File Download is displayed.
A PDF Print Preview window opens, displaying the medication details.
Print Options opens.
The medication details are printed.
